Just a few things to keep things clear
GetCoached is listing directory that was solely created for connecting potential customers looking for coaching and does not in itself provide coaching services of any kind. GetCoached does not provide any advice or claims to provide any such service where general advice is provided on coaching.
I, as a listing author or a user of the website getcoached.co.nz, understand that GetCoachedNZ (getcoached.co.nz) in relation to getcoached.co.nz:
- has the absolute right to change, remove or add new requirements to all new and existing listings being submitted.
- has the absolute right to change, remove or add new functionality to the entire website getcoached.co.nz and all its subdomains.
- has the absolute right to change, remove or add new pricing plans for listings being submitted.
- has the absolute right to review all submitted Listings take appropriate actions on it to publish, reject or modify them.
- does not verify the validity of the content of listings and the responsibility of its truthfulness and validity solely lies on the listing author.
- will have access to my information from my website, blogs and social media posts and will be using this information on their site, newsletters, blogs and social media posts and social media ads so that they can showcase my service.
- Your use of any information or materials on this Website is entirely at your own risk, for which GetCoached shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this Website, its partners, or affiliates, meet your specific requirements.
When creating a Basic listing the following conditions apply:
- A Basic listing can only contain the following content – a business logo, business name, business tagline, business description, a lead form, faqs and reviews.
- A Basic listing cannot have any contact information e.g websites, phone numbers, email addresses, social media, postal addresses, etc listed in any form.
- A Basic listing description has a maximum word limit of 300 words.
- A Basic listing description cannot contain any links, websites or any contact details including social media handles.
- A Basic listing can only contain a maximum of 5 FAQs
- Each Basic listing FAQs has a maximum word limit of 300 words
- A Basic listing FAQ description cannot contain any links, websites or any contact details including social media handles.
- A Basic listing can only have 1 review listed only it
The following conditions apply to a premium/premium lite listing:
- A premium listing does not have any listing limitations of a Basic listing.
- A premium Listing can have upto 3 testimonials
- A premium listing can list upto 2 blogs links
- A premium listing can list upto 3 services.
- A premium listing may have a “Verified by GetCoached” badge displayed if it meets all the verification criterion.
The following conditions apply to a verified listing:
- A listing may have a “Verified by GetCoached” badge displayed if it meets all the verification criterion.
- The verification criteria set by GetCoached will be considered final in all aspects.
- Verification is done only on the information provided by the coach and such information is considered to be true and complete.
- “Verified by GetCoached” badge is provided for a term of one year
- “Verified by GetCoached” badge does not renew automatically and the verification will need to be done again for the next year if the coach chooses to remain in a plan that provides this service.
If you have registered as a Coach with GetCoached
- GetCoached does not promise or make claims to gaurantee leads/clients to the registered coaches on our platform but simply provides a medium for potential leads/clients to find the coaching services they are looking for
- you are required to maintain the confidentiality of login information and for restricting access to your account
- you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- you are responsible for any actions that GetCoached may require you to take in regards to your listing
- you are responsible for maintaining your listing, its content and communication.
- while GetCoached reviews the coach listing, you are ultimately responsible for the validity and the truthfulness of your content
